We offer a wide range of sealer bed pockets for 10's, 20's and many other formats, including replacement pocket clips. We also supply a very wide range of pocket carrier plates manufactured in nylon.

HLP Turret Pockets in Steel or Aluminium. Format 7-7-6 or 7-6-7. Also available are plastic molded centre turrets and pockets.

Plastic Filler and Extension Filler Conveyors. For all formats, 7-6-7, 7-7-6, 2 row 5''s, central or off-set conveyor. We can also manufacture filler and extension filler conveyors in aluminium or mild steel.

Machine shop facilities ensure we can produce spur gears, bevel gears, sprockets and pulleys from samples or to O.E.M. drawings. All can be produced with short lead times and at competitive prices.

Small turned and milled components can be manufactured immediately to suit customer requirements. Same day despatch is available on many items.

Hard anodised and dyed black aluminium shell & slide pockets are manufactured to meet any variable size customers may require.

Nylon transfer pawls are available from stock, either individually or as part of the complete assemblies, with pawl springs and backing plates.

We manufacture either to OEM drawings or customer samples. Virtually any colour can be matched to customers requirements and we can achieve shore hardenesses to suit most requirements. 

We can supply any manner of heat controlling equipment, from actual temperatire controlling units such as CAL, Omron or TC - through to temperature probes and thermocouples K or J type and resistence bulbs. Each supplied to customer requirements. Cartridge heaters to most diameters and lengths, both 110 and 220v.

We can supply a wide range of motors and motor gearboxes. If excessive lead times cause a problem we can also overhaul your existing motor gearbox to an as new condition in a matter of days.

We manufacture drive/driven gear assemblies complete. Replacing dated rivot technology with precision machine screws and nyloc nuts. Allowing worn fibre / nyloc gears to be replaced with ease.

A further addition to our plastics supply range are MK8 gearbox covers and knife feed nuts.

Small ledger cleaning brushes make cleaning cut-off and ledgers easy.

We manufacture and assemble complete replacement Cigarette Bobbin Holder Assemblies.

All various types of Stamper Suction Drum, Glue Applicators and Scrapers manufactured to customers specifications.

All Ledger Spring Assembly spare parts manufactured complete.

Following the manufacture of the spare parts we can also assemble complete. Thus eliminating further down time when parts are delivered to customers.
